my mother passed away and didn't leave a will

my mother passed away this year and she did not have a will. she was living with me for the last 2 years of her life, but she has a piece of property that she and my dad owned. my mother never gained a "clear title" to the property. she purchased the land and trailer from the owner about 20 years ago. i have documentation from the original owners power of attorney (her son-in-law, whom is an attorney) stating the property was paid for, but my mom and dad never took the steps to getting the property in their name.
what am i supposed to do to get the title in my name? can anyone help???

Your moms heirs ( I will assume your dad is also passed) so you and any brothers and sisters will file in probate, there will be an someone appointed to handle the affairs and pass everything to the heirs ( you may be the one appointed or someone else) So asking on behalf of the estate you get the property transfered.

An estate attorney will be alot of help at this point.
