Mother in law problems does she have rights!
:( ::mad:  I have problems with my mother in law I can't stand her nomore and my husband agrees with me he can't stand her either. I have done everything I can to please her all the holidays were spend with her and now that I want to spend the thanksgiving with my side of family she gets jealous and starts leaving us childish messages and insulting me and my family she told us in the message that it was over between her and us she didn't want to come to my house nomore and so I told her she was not going to ruin my holidays so if she feels that way I can't do nothing so I don't want her to see my daughter every time she comes she yells and complains and we get into arguments cause of her its awful so my husband tells her to go he doesn't want problems so she thretned me by taking me to court could she do that she says she has the right but I really don't want nothing to do with her.

Anybody has the right to take anybody to court for ANYTHING they want to, that doesn't mean they will accomplish anything more than wasting their time and yours. The court will gladly take the money so you can tell the Judge that you don't like the color of their eyes or whatever it doesn't mean you will win. What does she think she should take you to court for?
You have one really good thing going for you that your husband is on YOUR side. Quite often when women feel this way about their mother-in-law the husband will take his mothers side and it causes problems in the marriage. Since you both feel this way you have a stronger stand. For her to not see that your family should be considered is really selfish and childish of her. Don't give in to her she needs to realize that everything can't go her way all the time. Telling her she can't see your daughter is probably a good idea, for one, if she is mad enough she might spend the whole time bad mouthing you and your husband to your daughter.
