Mother of 3 is a drug addict, I need to get rid of her stat

Hi, guys. I come from a good family, but my mother (who had no say in raising me as my grandmother and father did the raising) of three kids, of whom I am the oldest, has developed a serious drug addiction. She has had this for a long time on and off but it has gotten unbearable to the point where she steals everything and has not worked in a long time. All she does is sleep, steal and hang out with shady types. She is 40 years old and has given up on life and all of us.
I want to have her evicted (the home is not on her name) and somehow legally prosecuted. Furthermore, I want her to lose custody of my younger siblings, and I want her to get treated. in conclusion, I just want her gone.
I may sound unreasonable but you have to understand that enough really is enough, and my family has given her enough chances. She will not get better, she will only destroy all of us. We have done everything for her, and she has just taken all of our help and money up the nose.
I need to know where I can start, and I need help for sure.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

get hold of a lawyer, and say that you would like to have the government forcefully admit your mother to a rehab center, then tell him/her that you would like to file for custody for your siblings.

you may not gain the custody because your siblings still have their father and grandmother (i presume?). however, if you can prove that you are more than capable of looking after and providing for your siblings, the court may just lean in your favour.

my primary advice, as i said, is get a lawyer and speak to him/her about the situation

then again, if you want your father or grandmother to have custody, that will NOT be difficult considering your mothers current state.

hope this helps
