Money Judgement Child Support Arrearages

The court issued a money judgement to me against my ex-husband for the child support arrearages he owed me.

I don't know how to use this to benefit me. Can I file a levy or lien against his bank accounts? Filing against his house will not affect him because he will not be selling at any time soon.

I would love some advice, please!
