Can a 29 yr.old and or his Mother sue an alledged bio-father with or without DNA which was never done?

I am not sure what you are getting at but with alleged I would say start by insisting on a paternity test.

Oh they want child support for a 29 year old
Fr_chuck is right or I would have been pushing for back support for my four kids last year.

I recently came across a NYS case where an adult (I believe in his 30's) sued his alleged father and forced a DNA test because of hereditary health issues. I'm not aware of any other similar case - although there probably are some.

I believe - and I'd have to check, I got the info in a newsletter - it ended up in Family Court and the alleged father agreed to the test so there was no ruling from the bench.

My husband is the alleged..this young man is comming to Ny this week to meet us and our adult son...as far as we know this will be a pleasant meeting. We were concerned about possible liabilities. This was a one time encounter long before I knew my husband and he didnt find out until the child was 2 yrs. old. The mom contacted us 2 weeks ago. The young man is more interested in meeting his 21 yr. old brother then us...for now...its complicated as I'm sure all these cases are...thank you for your input...

I don't think there would be any liability as far as their relationship.
