legal rights of a mother

My daughter has lost her rights of her son on a temp custody to her mother in law.Can the court pernamently sign him over to her?She has sign temp custody to her.

Depending on the situation .. YES. There is not enough info to try to clarify your question so Id have to answer YES. The courts are looking after best interest of the child and if the child is best served to be with grandma then the courts will make it so.
