    Louisiana Succession Law on joint bank accounts
    I want to know if bank accounts or CDs that are in the name of the deceased person or included in the succession if the account is listed as "Deceased/or living child". Does that have to be divided between all the heirs or is it the property of the living child at the death of the parent.
