Hello...

I am writing today in hopes somebody could shine some light on this situation:
My Brother is incarcerated in New York State. He received a Court Notice indicating the adoption of his daughter (1 yrs old) is being finalized in Kansas State. Apparently the mother of the child (his Wife) gave the child to a family and terminated her rights. My brother does not agree with this decision. There is also my brother's son (3 yrs) which at this time his whereabouts are unknown. I am trying my best to try to stop the adoption. I currently reside in NY State and there isn't much I can do from here when the Court procedures are being held in Butler County Kansas.

On the Court Notice there was a Attorney listed. (Attorney for the Petitioner) I contacted this attorney and I keep being told he is out on sick leave. The Adoption hearing is being held on December 14, 2007....

Need Help ASAP...
