There is no need to find a living will after someone dies. A living will is instructions on medical care if the person is not able to decide what type of medical treatment they want. Instructions about life saving treatments.

I will assume you mean just thier "will" not a "living will". After they die, you search thier safty deposit boxes, all of thier draws and boxes in thier homes. You check with thier family attorney and see if a copy was given to any close family.
