leaving you girlfriend your wealth in a will

can someone leave his girlfriend all his wealth in a will. even if he has
a wife?????

Depending on the State your wife is entitled to a set percentage of what you own. You can otherwise leave anything to anyone. If you leave everything to the girlfriend at probate the Courts will sort it out and hand that percentage over to your wife.
