My in laws TOKE our kids!

Me, & my husband is still married. We have 5 kids. They are all with husband's sorry family. Our parental rights were taken away from us with the last 3. NOTHING to do with us. And, now they are all being s toward us, & they don't want us coming around them, & they don't want them to know who we are. It is all a LONNNGGGG story. And, we believe something is NOT right cause of how it all went..
We NEED to know, what we can do to get them back without alot of drama.
THe first two was not legal. She went back on our agreement that we WOULD get them back that same year when we got on our feet.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The is a large part of this story missing, there is no way you accepted this for 9 years, you say you recently got back on your feet, what was the reason they were taken away in the first place.

It's really up to the courts now, get an attorney if you can, though you dont need one in family courts usually.

BUt something is not right with the whole thing.
A friend of mine knows the whole story, & they say sounds to them that there were some illiegal stuff done from his family's side, & if there was, THEY are in HUGE trouble.
Thank you.

What kind of "illegal" stuff? And what can you prove? Family Court actually has investigators - and I realize people have had terrible, unfair experiences - and I still don't understand why/how you lost custody. Unless your friend (who knows the whole story) is an Attorney I suspect her advice is worth nothing. And just who/what/how does the "huge" trouble involve? Criminal charges?

Everyone who loses custody accuses the other side of some sort of illegality or unfairness; everyone who is awarded custody claims the law acted in the correct manner. Same with divorces.

And someone is going to say this. It might as well be me. I don't know what happened. I don't know how it happened. I don't now the reasoning behind it but if someone took my kids it most certainly wouldn't occur to me to wait 9 years to get them back. People post on this board when the father is one day late returning the kids - 9 years?

Well, it is a LONNNNGGGGG story, & there was NO reason for them to take them. Some people just don't want to believe that some "familys" is THAT cruel, & heartless..
I am thinking about writing online about our story. And, when I do start it, I will put a link to it on here.

The reason it has been this long is, after Cody was taken, & the sorry way his family is acting toward us, we just gave up for a while cause it seemed that we can have them but we couldn't KEEP them cause his family, & some other people WILL NOT LEAVE US ALONE, & LET US BE HAPPY!!

BUt, lately we figured out some things about it, & talked to lawyers to get opinions, & from what we found out....his family is in BIGGGG TROUBBLLE!!!!

And, I have one qustion, if nothing illegal happened from their end, then WHY don't they want us to come around them? See what I mean?

And, the DHS SUSSSSKKKKSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just believe the way the whole thing went is just corrupted, wrong, stupid, &.....

I VOW WE WILL GET THEM BACK IN 2009 !!!!!!!!!

Thank you,
Maria

Justwantfair agrees: That hint might be too suddle, but I like it.
JudyKayTee agrees: Right, all the Court dates. The criminal, the civil as well as the book signing party.
