Last Name Change

I live in the state of Ohio and I have a 4 year old daughter. Her Biological Father has never seen her, never contacted us, and isnt on her BC. My fiance and i have a 9 month old daughter and the oldest is starting to ask question about her last name and the babies being different. She has my maden name. She wants her "daddy's" last name. How can i change it before we get married and before she starts school? Thanks
