My dad just got married 4 months ago and his wife dosent want me around any more. She is currently 6 months pregnant. My dad is making me move in with my mom. Where I really don't want to go. My mother rarely cleans. It is so bad that she don't even have a trash can. She also can barely take care of herself and keep paying the bills. My boyfriend will be 18 in January. If you live in tennessee (where I live), you are legally emancipated once the baby is born. I just went through this in legal and ethical class in nursing school. You just need to contact the courthouse where you live and ask for the appropriate way to get the forms legalized.
