I really don't know where to begin it's difficult to put in words, but I think that there is some particulate things happening to my case between Hampton,VA and Chicago,IL child support systems because of the amounts that I owe and the information that the custodial parent has given to Hampton,VA. Chicago,IL was sending my current payments to Hampton,VA, when the court order was sent to my employer was from Chicago,IL. Then I find that my child's mother falsefied information on her application in Hampton,VA, she put that I had two children by her and put my child down as a boy and put the other child as the girl (Does Hampton,VA have a child support case against me?) Hampton, VA never sent me a court order from the begining telling me what was my payments for child support were. They only sent me a warrant for my arrest. Also my child's mother has not recieved one of these payments from Chicago,IL or Hampton,VA. Please tell me if there is fraud? Please respond if you need more details!
