Hello my name is Jermeka.I have three children.My ex is the father of one of my children.His name is on the birth certifciate of all my children.I know that he is not the father of my other two.I had DNA done on one child already.We live in two different states.How do I get his name off the birth certiciate.So the man that is the father. Can take care of him.The real father is getting away without paying child support.Because his name is on the birth certiciate as the biological father.HOW DO i TAKE CARE OF THAT.
