im owed over $20,000 how do i get it?

My sons father owes me over $20,000 I live in oregon and I know the man who is married and has a little girl is not only mooching of disability ( however he is not disabled) he is also making money under the table. He has taken his name off the bank accounts after they were garnished once and he and his wife have started filing takes under false filling satus ( head of household) claiming he does not live with her any longer after the taxes were garnished once. I know the man is playing games lying to avoid paying me how can i get the money he owes me?

Sounds like a professional deadbeat!

You mentioned the garnishment of the bank accounts and taxes, this indicates you have already taken the legal steps to obtain the judgment. The difficult and sometimes impossible task is actually collecting the money.

It sounds like you have done everything you can. If he is determined to keep you from getting the money, there really is little more you can do.

I wish you luck!
