There are scenarios where your husband could have become the legal father. If you were married at the time of birth and he signed the birth certificate and the bio father didn't contest it, then he's the legal father. So the first question is who is listed on hte birth certificate as the father. What is your son's FULL name as listed on the bireth certificate?
