How to take non-custodial parent to court

I dont have the money to hire an attorney. How much does it cost in the state of GA to take the non-custodial parent to court for not paying child support?

It may sound crass---but nothing.

Apply for state aid--they'll hunt him down for child support the MINUTE they start paying you.
