    How to make my exboy friend leave my home. I live in Tennessee
    My ex boyfriend and I lived together for 4 years. He has never paid rent but has paid half of the bills. I know longer want him in my house. I have asked him to leave but he just laughs. The house and land belong to me. I want him out now. He also raises fighting roosters and I want them off my land also. I am afraid he will start tearing up things. What should I do to get him out. :mad: I need a reply as soon as possible

    Because he has paid haldf the bills he has established residency. So you will need to evict him. At the top of the Real Estate Law forum are links to landlord tenant laws for most states. Look up the eviction process for TN.

    Well I guess call the cops on him or go to court
