how to handle false reports to CPS

does anyone know what to do when people are making false reports to CPS? Is there anything that i can do to stop this? Is there any kind of legal action that I can take towards this person for slander or anything?

You have to just keep proving yourself and proving they are doing it for spite.
Then they will close the case as unfounded and you should ask them to put a note on your case that these people are purposely harassing you. They keep names confidential but if it becomes a real problem and has to go through any legal action I think they do have to release the names at that point.

Hello k:

Sure, you can sue them. I dunno if it will be harassment, slander, or intentional infliction of emotional distress.... But, your lawyer will.
