How do you prove a moter unfit?

Well i have been going threw court now for about a year now in Canada trying to get primary care of my 2 year old son i have called cps on the mother they tell me i'm a angry parent and won't do nothing even with family calling i have pics of the house in total filth ,phone conversations with her telling me off using him as a bargaining tool on me and refusing my access and telling me he is not mine ,he comes on the weekend and he looks like a bum clothes all stained up ,unexplained bruises and marks , i have to travel to see him over 2hrs to go get him and 2hrs to come back where she packed up and moved with out permission from me or the courts there is like 4-5 adults and 5 kids living in a 3 bedroom house kids range from 7 to newborn i try my best for my son try to get extra access but get denied plus lots more going on can anyone give me a hand out there a father that just can't see his son be in a really bad situation

i have one but not seeming to do nothing and yes i had a visition order in place when she moved on top of the 3 months she refused me to see him before she moved

i did i was in the court procedure the next day and we are now going on a year my lawyer has done nothing about it and her lawyer keeps putting it off we just set a trial date today in just about a year the court system here is just no good

I am saddened by all the father's denied rights to see their children. it is unfortunate that the father's that want to be in their children's lives are forced to spend countless hrs in the courts. Does the attorney you have specialize in "Family Law "? Either way ...FIRE HIM! For this type of issue you need a GOOD Family Law Attorney first and foremost. Some attorneys will consult with you free of charge, take advantage and you can then get a feel of what you should expect.

they specialize in family law but these courts where i am just don't care lawyer told me that the judge been hearing all this now for 30+ years and he is tired of it and just let people do what they want pretty well so who knows

Then he should be asking for another judge or complaining the the chief judge.
