how do i sign over my rights to my parents

I was needing to know how to sign over my rights to my parents, i am currently seeking treatment for alcoholism, my ex took our son and will not let me see, talk to him nothing, me ex had wanted me to sign joint papers but i will not as he has a meth problem. I am wanting to sign over to my parents due to if my ex and i go to court, they will look down on the both i am sure, but i moved in w/my parents to start over. child services are now involved as there was a suspected meth lab, well, what appeared to be. before these past 8 months of drinking ( I was clean and sober for a great 4 years ) but before any of this, i never broke a law period, do not even speed, but due to drinking and taking meds for fibromyalsia, the med's are not a big deal, but are not to drink on, i got 2 dwi's, and because of my med's i blacked out, was not even trying to drive. I am just being honest, i feel i cannot get accurate advise if i am not honest. I know there are things I must do
to get life back in order, but he does not need to be with his dad either, after the weekend
of the 3rd, I took him back to his dad's, and have heard nothing sense, the police cannot
help, child services are investigating all of it, and am waitting to hear back, so someone had suggested if I signed over my rights, then it may be better for all involved. thank you. Susan
