    How do I regain my parental rights
    I lost my parental rights to cps in 2004 .I am now on the right path I was wondering can I still regain my parental rights ?or is it to late?

    Depends, were any condition set to regain your rights? Have your kids been adopted?

    No they have not been adopted I was separating from there father the girlfrien was calling cps... the father wasn't helping they were taken . I started taking my classes I took drug test... my husband paid for a crimanal atterny.. he stopped paying him.. the layer said tio pay and he would bwe at court he quit the day before I was scared alone couldn't seem to get answers from anyone on what to do the scaeworker changed about ten times in just a shot amount of time.. I did not go to court te day I was to sign my rights away.. I want them back I alwayas have I am on my feet now just don't know where tyo start or if I even have a chance thanks

    First, I understand your frustration, but please take the time to proof or spellcheck your posts.

    You need to hire a Family Law attorney. They can help you deal with CPS and Family Court.

    Its not clear where the kids currently are or how long ago you lost your rights. Or even if you did lose your rights and not just custody. But if you can prove you have rehabbed you may be able to regain the rights. If you try to do this on your own without an attorney I doubt if you will succeed.
