how do I get an attorney if I cant afford one?

I do work so I cannot apply for free legal aid! But I also cannot afford an attorney. How do I go about now? I live in Mosselbay, its a small town in the western Cape South Africa???

Your local Bar Association should be able to advise you concerning services available to those who cannot pay or cannot pay the full amount.

I believe you have another thread about regaining custody of your children - the Court might not look favorably on your ability to support the children if you cannot afford an Attorney.

Are you currently paying child support?
