I need to know how to fight Dcf/cpc. My daughter was molested by my former boyfriend. 2 years before that there was child porn on my computer. I did know who that belonged too. My ex and I were watching a movie with my 2 kids when we feel asleep while my daughter was sleeping he touched her. So they said I had failure to protect. I went through I case plan to regain my kids. During the whole thing there were many lies and exgeration. It was said that I was drunk while he molest her when my daughter said that I was sleeping. But anyways there has been a lot of untrue things said. They did no investigation on the my kids real father but sent them too him. He has issues himself that no one bothers to believe. There is a lot more to this story but I would like to find help on how to get my kids back because now that I am finished with my case plan they are telling me that they never intended on giving me them back.
