i need to know what steps i can take to have legal visitations to see my brother thats living with my mom and she doesnt let me see him
?

Some states provide for non parental visitation. What state do you live in and what is a bit more of the situation (why cant you see him, etc). How old are you and how old is your brother? Where is your father in all of this?
