    How can I get custody of my niece and nephew
    I've had my brothers kids for the past 4 month because him and the kids mother relapsed on drugs. Call CPS and when my brother got wind of it they came and took them back. Is there something I can do to get custody of them? Both parents deny taken drugs. I live in Maryland

    I'm not following the sequence here. Why did you have the children? Did CPS place them with you? Why was CPS called that your brother "got wind" of. We need more details here.
