ok, i live with my daughter and granddaughter have been for over for years now ,well my daughter met this guy a year ago and started going out and staying out for days at a time drinking alot partying. well about four months ago this guy moves in in and takes control of alot of things ,this guy cant hold a job lives off my daughter they have been to vegas mexico and recently down to texas my daughter bank account is down to nothing now .i work so i help out. but this guy wont help or do anything he his nasty to my granddaughter and the orther day he told her to shut the up she is only five so i told him off again .my daughter stands by this jerk and now wants me out of her house but i feel granddaughter is not safe here what im i going to do i think they are doing drugs too.

You need to contact DCF and ask them to give you guardianship of your grandaughter.

You need to contact Child Protective Services, or whatever it's called in your state, and report to them the conditions which your granddaughter is being subjected to. If your granddaughter is attending school you may want to notify her school as well.
