Do you really think we can give you a valid answer based on so little information? It can be very easy or impossible or somewhere in between. We would need to know where you are (ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area). Where the parents are? Will they agree to custody? Where the children are, how old are they? And why you want custody, just as a starting point.
