Need Full Custody Of My Child.

I and my exhusband have joint custody. My ex refuses to let me see my daughter and he moves or changes his number everytime I get ahold of his info!!! I am curious to know how the court will solve my situation. I have not seen my daughter for over three months. I did not want to take this back to court but it looks as though I am. Also if I think that he may be on some type of drug will the court make him do a drop? Please give me what you know!! Thanks

If you have joint custody you should be able to see your child. Unless the court has reason to believe he is on drugs they wont do a test.... but you could mention it to your lawyer. The court's will probably give you visitation rights at least so i would go for it if you want to see her

You can either file for a comtempt of court for the violation of the original visitation/parenting time that is ordered (if you have joint, I am assuming there is a specific schedule you both must adhere to) or you file to modify custody which will begin the whole legal process again while they evaluate the issues.

Either way, you will need to go back to court and you will need an attorney.
