But just understand that normally in a divorce both sides lose, since neither get what they want, so if you only want to change because you are losing a new attorney may not make it any better. But normally shady is a good thing for a divorce attorney if he is shady in your favior since divorce is a dirty nasty court fight, So if he is just being direct with you about what is going to happen and you see it as rude, I find that better than someone who lies to you and tells you not to worry you will win and then you don't.
