    A fathers rights
    For a man who is legally married but not living with his wife because of her decision what rights can he enforce and what course of action does he need to pursue legally to prevent her from getting an annulment preventing him from seeing his child till partenity is established the child is still unborn

    First it is doubtful she can get an annumlment unless you agree, if she files you merely contest it, But basically until the child is born you merely need to have an attorney ready to file for a test the day the child is born and basically file for temp vistitation rights pending the test results and a final custody agreement.

    But your stop is the attorney to get everything ready
