Family Law

My ex husband took my daughter over 2 1/2 years ago. I have not seen her nor have I spoken to her. Today I was in Domestics for support. I told him over 1 1/2 ago I would sign all parental rights over to him. He agreed. He has done nothing but harrass me, make my daughter lie and say the I abused her, I had CHildren and Youth come take my son from me for this. He put a PFA on me, I was cleared of all charges. He then said the my best friend, who is a cop, did the same thing. This man is hateful, revengefull and wants to make my life miserable. I do not want anything to do with this child, she is no longer mine, she loves her daddy and lies on me. I do not trust her, she would go back and lie to him again. She told the case worker that mommy never did this, but daddy told her if she did, he would be very happy. I just want to sign all rights over to him, to get him out of my life forever. She never was happy when she was with me, only him. As long as she is taken care of and happy, that's fine. I do not know her anymore and do not want nothing to do with her anymore. Please help me. I would really like to get this started as fast as possible.

Sincerely,
Dawn M. Sell
