Can an unwed, 4 months pregnant mom serve custody support papers to the biological father if their dating relationship comes to an end?

I'm glad he is still in school. However, he will need more than a summer job to support a child (unless his parents are willing to help with that too). Just because he can still be claimed as a dependant on your taxes does not make him any less of an adult and responsible for his life. (I'm not trying to be rude if that's how it came out but giving the facts).
