the ex who is unfit and making things uncomfortable

My Boyfriends ex does drugs and drinks and makes everyone's lives miserable. They have no custody order and she is always expecting us to do all the driving to and from and not only that she expects us to bow down. I have been constantly harassed by phone calls and texts message and rude voicemails. I tried to make friends with her but all she does is scream and prank call and throw in my boyfriends face what a lousy father he is. She used to call daily and text about how he was a worthless father but the sad part of all this is she has no idea how lucky she really is. I have a 7 year old son who has seen his dad 2 times since he was 2 and I never received any child support. She wants everything on her terms like the visitation and the everything. She demanded $150 dollars a week to watch her own child. I have told him he needs to get a DNA and some type of custody agreement because the situation is hard for all of us and not to mention I had nothing to do with the making of the child. So what do I need to do to get things right? If no one takes any action is it going to be a lifelong battle or I am just confused on what to do. I dont see her growing up anytime soon and she is constantly starting trouble in our relationship like telling him she would come and pick him up on xmas but yet she cant bring the child for visits! HELP? What can I do, or should I do he is a good father and she is making things real rough on everyone. She is always partying and when my boyfriends daughter see's a beer can she points and says"mama's" is there anything I can do about the fact that she (every other month) is moving to California and telling him he will never see his daughter again? So far her talk on that situation is cheap. Please point us in the right direction.PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

First there is nothing you can do, your boyfriend has to do something,

First why in the world is there no DNA test and official court order in place, hiring an attorney and filing in court is the first and only thing he can do. As for as the drinking and drugs, that is a fact only if it can be proved in court, has she been arrested, is there a police record of he drug use. If not he would have to try and get the court to order drug testing.

He is the only one that can do anything. He needs to get a DNA test and then if he is the dad his he needs to pay his share of child support. He also needs to file for joint custody so that he has his visitations in a court order and she can't demand visits at her convenience. You might prove her an unfit mother if you can prove that.
You might also check into a restraining order for no contact. Your phone you can do that. His phone he would have to get a separate restraining order for him. Then when you are handing over the daughter you can meet at the police station or a public place for the exchange.

Well I have some first hand experience here..When my husband and I were dating his ex was running our butts off to get his daughter.I would usually go because they hate one another, she is a drug addict and a whore so Amanda was better off not being with her. After we got married it got worse as far as her not caring for the child and dragging her from one place to another and out on her drug runs all hours of the night. My in-laws kept their grand-daughter most of the time cause my husbands work keeps him on the road.We payed plenty of child support and had her most of the time,so the money was going for drugs not child support. We took her to court and got physical custody and she got visitation on our terms. We made her come get her not the other way around. This woman is on her 3rd husband and they are divorcing. The child is now 19 and has moved out but before we got custody this witch put us thru hell..maybe you all should try to get physical custody..if you have enough ammo against her your chances are good..hope this helps...
