Evicting adult child

How do I evict my adult son who does not pay rent? Always has company in my house. Does nothing to maintain house. Does not respect the rules?

This can very from state to state, and there is two options, one of course you give him notice to move, if he does not move you file a formal eviction. And of course what about 90 percent of parents do, lock him out and set his clothes on the porch. This is of course no legal in some states, and it can matter if there was a rental agreement set up.
He could sue for illegal eviction, win a few months rent.
