Cana person get a divorce while incarcerated? IF so how can you start this? Are there forms that can filed?

Is the person in prison, willing to sign the divorce papers ? If so the papers can be sent to them, they sign and it is notorised in the prison and returned to file in court.

If they do not want the divorce, it is harder but still can be done.
It is best unless to hire an attorney to file.
