I have a 2 year old son, his father has denied him every since I became pregnant with him. He has never done anything when it comes to the responsibilities of my son, and in addition has never seen him. Two weeks after my son's 1st birthday we got a DNA test and of course he was his son. He is now in prison and I was wondering how do I go about having his rights terminated so that my daughters father can adopt him.
