my question is if i could divorce with my husband right after landed in Montreol. Do I have to wait one year and then apply the sepraration paper, and wait another one year to get divorce. Or in other case, if i go back to homeland to get divorce paper done, would it be having negative for my immigration? do i need provide the paper to Cannada government?

If we go back to homeland and get divorce done within one year landed, will this make more difficult to apply family re-union?
