division of assets unlawfully

My wife filed a restraining order on me. While I was in jail my wife sold my truck, put house up for sale, and gave my dog away. Is there anything I can do? Is this legal? How can I keep an eye on my property if I cant talk to wife or go near my house? Is it legal to list a home for sale without both owners signing listing agreement? I live in ca if that helps.

If your name was on the title of the truck and if you name is on the deed of the house she can't sell anything legally.

So if your name was on the truck, she must have forged it, so that sale would not be valid but you need to call the police, and sue her.

She can list the house but can not close on it without you signing

She can give the dog away
