we've been in a battle with my husbands ex for 4 years over his son. we've just recently been able to start seeing him. she demanded a paternity test and when we got the results she had listed him with her husbands middle name and last name. does anyone one know how to find out if she really had it changed or is she just being petty and trying to hurt us?

where did she list it, on official court documents. in court ( you said you have had battle) what is the childs name on all court documents

on the court documents it only says his first and middle name, on the dna papers an extra middle name and her new husbands last name are listed, we don't go back to court til january and i just can't stand it

we've only been in court for 2 years, the 2 were spent trying to save for a lawyer and trying to find the mon (she went by several didn't names trying to hide from police). all other paper work only says his first and middle name.
