Who is 21? Your son or the father of this son? What was the case? Child support? What was the decision of the court? What does this father of your son have to pay? What is the school you are talking about? Is this a school for children over the age of 18 and more of a transxitional educational facility? Or is this program for special needs adult, age 21 and over?

You really need to fill in the blanks. Thank you.

It could be that her son is in a residential facility for children with special needs that encompasses the school and housing. I worked for such a place. But without any knowledge, it is all speculation.
