Hi I am 13 weeks pregnant with this man's baby, and he told me that I needed to go get an abortion, well when I refused he then said that he wanted nothing to do with me or my baby... He has a 3 year old son, and currently pays 750.00 a month for support for him, I told him I needed help paying my medical expenses for OUR baby but he told me No! I then told him that if he refused to help me that I would ask for child support and that I would receive it... Being a legal secretary I should know this, but I don't (Corporate) He told me that because his ex-wife is already getting the majority of his pay, that I would only receive $25.00 per month, if that... And should he be responsible for some of my medical expenses?
