Hi,
My Ex Owes $24,000 In Arrears. I Closed The Case September Of 2007 Because Child Support Has Been Unable To Catch Him. He Has No Papers To Be In This Country. I Know Where He Lives Now. What Can I Do To Collect What He Owes Me?

You will need to file for child support again, and give them all the information on him that you have, such as where he lives so they can serve him with court papers.
