child coustody

I'm trying to get costody of my son but i just lost my house. at the moment his father has custody but he doesn't even live with our son. the father left my son with his grandfather and moved. i don't even have visitation right now. i want to get visitation for myself and temporary cusyody formy mother so that i know my son is safe. with his father not being around and his grandfather having a record of abuse what can i do when i go to court to help my situation?can i get my mother teporary custody until i get my own place?

The Family courts look for stability. You don't appear to have it together right now. I think your best bet is to talk to chidren's services about fostering your som with a relative (your mom) until you get it together.
