    Child abandonment warrant in ga
    Where do I go to take out an abondnment warrant on my child's father, I live in Dekalb County GA and he lives in Tenn.

    This is not a question about raising children but it is a legal question. I have asked that it be moved.

    I don't know what an abandonment warrant is (unless he truly left your child without food and shelter and no supervision, which would be a matter for the Police to handle) but have you read this? https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family...st-364259.html

    In GA the abandonment law is merely failure to pay child support,

    So have you discussed this with Georgias child support enforcement department ?

    Have you taken him back to court for non payment ?
