Child abandonment?

I guess this is rare..I am a husband w/ 3 kids, 3 years ago, my wife and I decided to separate ways but our kids is in her custody as will as my salary.we made an agreement in the presence of barangay captain and some witnesses that our house and the appliances on it should be for our kids only, niether of us cannot sell anything. But she demolished the house,elope with other guy and abandoned my kids..now, she and her new live in partner is back and keep telling that she wants her kids back..Do I have the right to keep away my children from her? What are her charges when she abandoned the kids?

i'm not sure but file for full custody and show the judge or attorney the proof of her being gone all them years. and show proof of her demolishing the house and take her to the cleaners.

The term "barangay captain" indicates you are in the Phillipines.

You should seek advice from a Phillipine attorney. As a part of the US, you do have rights, if the mother abandoned the children, then you should be able to maintain custody.
