    Yes and no. She can't physically "kick" you out. That would be assault or domestic abuse. Nor can she summarily force you out by changing locks or physically preventing you from entering. Nor can she file for eviction, especially since you may be part owner.

    However, she CAN file for divorce and request, as part of the filing that you move out.
