ok i jusst found out my girlfriend was pregnant and shes 16 and im 18 and her parents are tyring to say that the babies not going to be able to be with me every night can they keep me from the babie since im 18 and shes not

Ok first where are you at, since for example you were in GA, they could merely have you put in prison for "rape" since a 16 year ol can not legally agree to have sex. So that is one worry depending on where you live.

But at this point, yes, they can keep her from seeing you, if you come around they can get you arrested. After the baby is born, the state you live in has the issue
You will have to file for part custody or at least visitation and have a child support order in place to pay.

well because the girl is 16 the parents still have legal guardianship over her but i would go to the lawyer as soon as possible they will set up a blood test to just prove that it is yours and and get you set up for a court date. you really need something legal in writing saying that it is your child and that you have rights to that child.

This is completely dependent upon which state you are in because each state has their own laws. Basically, the general advice it to get a lawyer. If we know what state you are in then we can be of more assistance. But for your sake I hope you aren't in a state such as GA because Fr. Chuck is right they can have you charged with rape because she wasn't old enough to concent.
