Can my husband make me and our 6 year old son move out of the family home
My husband has said he no longer wants to be with me but is refusing to move out of the family home. The house is in joint names and he said I should move out which I have refused to do. Can he force me to sell the house?

He can't just tell you to move. However, he may be able to get the house as part of the divorce decree. At which point you would then have to move.

The main point is that, since your name is on the deed, you have an equal right to stay in the home until a court rules otherwise. I suggest you consult an attorney.
